C-TPAT Compliant Seals
The Series 9 Perfect Guardian is ISO/PAS 17712 "high security" certified and C-TPAT compliant with many unique and distinctive features.

The Relcor Series 9 Perfect Guardian seal exceeds the ISO/PAS 17712 specifications for the tensile, shear, bending and impact tests. The Perfect Guardian is classified as a "High Security" seal for use by C-TPAT and BASC members. A copy of the certification from an independent testing laboratory is available upon request.

"Cargo Security System"
Until now, there has been no assurance that the seal on the cargo container arriving at destination is the original seal applied at origin. Although the serial number agrees with the documentation, the original seal may have been duplicated or substituted. A security seal alone cannot fully protect a container from invasion and therefore additional levels of security are required.

After three years of research and development, Relcor introduces the "Cargo Security System". Patent has been applied for this innovative concept that provides a user-friendly, four-part crosschecking system to insure authenticity of the seal and delivery of intact cargo. The four components of the "Cargo Security System" work together to bring efficiency to the supply chain and increased value to the bottom line.

PART 1: The Series 9 Perfect Guardian, an ISO/PAS 17712 "High Security" certified and C-TPAT compliant seal (above).

PART 2: The Total Guardian security label, applied to the back of the container between the door and the frame, this label bears an actual photo of the Series 9 seal and its corresponding serial number. Other tamper-evident features include tamper slits, solvent indicating inks, VOID message, weather resistance and more.

PART 3: A peel-off label to be applied to the shipping documents bears the actual photo of the seal and serial number. This provides an added level of security.

However, Relcor didn't stop there. For customers who must comply with C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) regulations that require sending an electronic notification to U.S. Customs, Relcor developed the complete Cargo Security System.

PART 4: This final component to the system is the Relcor E-Label, contained on a USB Flash Memory Stick. The memory stick contains a list of the seal serial numbers inventoried within the dispenser box. The specific seal's serial number is selected and the corresponding container number is entered into an email. This information is then sent simultaneously to all pertinent parties along the supply chain. When received, the email is printed thus providing the respective parties a complete picture of the Relcor seal, security label and corresponding serial number originally applied to the container.

Together, these components complete the cross check of seal and label integrity. The Relcor "Cargo Security System" provides assurance this is the original seal applied. These measures will reduce time-consuming inspections by customs, help the global economy by stopping the great losses due to cargo theft, prevent the smuggling of contraband, and the transportation of WMD's.

Series 8 Clear Guardian Clear polycarbonate stem with an embedded steel element in the stem provides added strength and acts as an electrical circuit to indicate proper assembly and electrical tamper evidence.	Series 8 Royal Guardian Blue copolymer polypropylene stem visually indicates tampering by showing white stress marks. It also has an embedded steel element in the stem that provides added strength and acts as an electrical circuit to indicate proper assembly and electrical tamper evidence.	Series 3 Smart Guardian The stem is a 3/8 inch diameter, zinc chromate plated solid steel bolt.

Indicative Seals
Our indicative seals also take advantage of clear construction for unrestricted view of the locking mechanism as well as embedded serial numbers. These seals provide cost effective solutions.

Series 6 Clear Guardian Clear polycarbonate stem and locking base.	Series 2 Smart Guardian The stem is a high strength green copolymer of polypropylene to visually indicate tampering by showing white stress marks.	Series 1 Strap Guardian Polypropylene copolymer constructed with a special alloy to resist extreme cold. Once the seal has been cinched into position, the embedded metal eyelet is crimped to lock the seal.
