It's Not Just a Seal....It's a System

Our Truly Tamper Evident Patented Seal Features:

Clear Construction
The housing portion of our two part seals is constructed of crystal clear polycarbonate, the same material used in bullet resistant glass. This enables an unrestricted view and inspection of the internal locking mechanism at all times. There are two levels of locks, unique in design, each with six locking fingers to prevent picking.

Embedded Serial Numbers
The serial numbers and the bar code are embedded within the clear plastic lock housing portion. It cannot be altered or duplicated without the total destruction of the seal. The serial numbers are never repeated and are archived in our computer database with all of the information relating to the associated customer.

Electrical Tamper Evidence
Our Series 8 and 9 seals offer the added feature of electrical tamper evidence.

Large, Visible Numbers
The Relcor seals exceed the visibility specifications for serial numbers. The serial number is printed in 1/4 inch high, human readable characters and bar coded (code 128). The numbers can be easily read at night and in extreme weather conditions, and will not rust.

Visual Tamper Evidence
The observable, clear construction make it a truly tamper evident seal versus seals that employ locking mechanisms hidden by opaque materials.

We Package Our Seals for Effective Security and Inventory Control.

Tamper-Evident Pouch

Each seal is packaged in a tamper-evident pouch. The seal remains in its pouch until it is ready to be placed on the trailer or container. This ensures a pristine seal for the end user.

Seal Dispenser Box
Seals come in a convenient dispenser box containing a web of 30 pouches separated by perforations.

Plain, Unmarked Cartons
Our seals are shipped in unmarked master cartons for added security.

It's not just a seal...it's a system...
and when used with recommended security seal procedures, will greatly enhance cargo integrity.

Tamper Evident Packaging
The seal packaging adds in the systematic distribution and assignment of seals by the seal custodians.

Seal Issue Log and Inventory Control Sheet
At no added cost, Relcor preprints the exact serial numbers of the seals contained within the dispenser box on a Seal Issue Log and Inventory Control Sheet for all models. No error can be made in recording the numbers. The seal custodian completes the form to provide a permanent record when issuing seals and track information such as issue date, container number, customer name, etc.

Pre-Printed Peel Off Labels
An optional feature with certain seal models, the peel off labels are preprinted with the human readable serial number and barcode of the accompanying seal. This eliminates the need for manual entry of the number on the shipping documents and prevents transposition errors.

Seal Assignment Card
The Seal Assignment Card provides a record of each change of responsibility thereby providing knowledge of who, when, and where an attack may have occurred. Initially designed for the Maritime Carriers to prove "Due Diligence" to comply with the Sea Carrier Initiative Agreement, various formats can be customized to meet your own unique needs.
